Velyka Kyshenya hypermarkets in Kirovograd, Sevastopol, and Chernivtsi (open at new shopping centers) have launched a credit and bonus cards program called ZANACHKA (Cushion).
Zanachka is also a VISA payment card with which you can pay without using cash. 

1. How to get a ZANACHKA:

It is sufficient to make a purchase at a Velyka Kyshenya hypermarket to an amount from 150 hryvnias, go to a representative of the RODOVID BANK, show him/her your passport, tax code and complete a form.
In addition to receiving a VISA payment card, you will also take part in the ZANACHKA bonus or discount program. You may choose a program while completing your form.


2. How to use a bonus ZANACHKA card:

Show your ZANACHKA card at a cashier’s desk each time before you pay. For each 1 hryvnia of goods purchased at Velyka Kyshenya you get 1 bonus to your ZANACHKA card. Bonuses are accumulated for each purchase regardless of how you pay – by cash or with the help of the ZANACHKA as a payment card.
Dozens of prizes to choose from, for adults and children, and each of them is made equivalent to a certain amount of bonuses. The more you buy and the longer you accumulate bonuses, the more valuable the prize that you can choose. You can monitor the amount of bonuses on the ZANACHKA card and exchange them for a prize at the manager’s desk at a Velyka Kyshenya hypermarket.


3. How to use the ZANACHKA discount card:

A ZANACHKA card gives you the right to a 1%, 2%, or 5% discount. Having made a one-time purchase to the amount from 150 hryvnias, you will receive a ZANACHKA card giving the right to a 1% discount for making purchases at Velyka Kyshenya hypermarkets. Once you have received the card, you will start accumulating an amount to increase the discount rate. When the amount is equal to 2,000 hryvnias, you will get a 2% discount for making purchases at Velyka Kyshenya hypermarkets. After this, you will start accumulating an amount from the beginning. If you accumulate 5,000 hryvnias, the discount will be 5%. 


4. VISA payment and credit card from RODOVID BANK

ZANACHKA is also a VISA payment card with the help of which you may pay without cash, irrespective of which ZANACHKA you have chosen. You can add money to your card or cancel the credit you used with the help of a special deposit teller which accepts cash, or at a RODOVID BANK branch located at a Velyka Kyshenya shopping center. 
Immediately on receipt of your ZANACHKA card or later, you can open a credit line from RODOVID BANK to the amount from 250 to 5,000 hryvnias. For this you need to have your passport, tax code and to complete a form. If you cancel the credit within 30 days (for Kirovograd) or 10 days (for Sevastopol and Chernivtsi) after using it, you won’t pay interest, just return the amount you have spent. And if you cancel it later, you will have to pay only 3% per month. See the contract for details.



5. How to change the ZANACHKA program:

If you have a bonus ZANACHKA card, and you wish to exchange it for a discount one, you will need to tell a hypermarket manager of this, and he or she will carry out a transfer from one program to the other, and you will keep the card. The number of accumulated bonuses will be transferred to an accumulated amount and, depending on the amount on your card, you will receive a respective discount rate, according to the ZANACHKA terms of discount. The balance of the amount on the card will be cancelled. See above for the terms of the discount program.
If you want to exchange your discount card for a bonus ZANACHKA card, you will need to inform a hypermarket manager of this, and he or she will carry out a transfer from one program to the other, and you will keep the card. By moving to a bonus ZANACHKA card, the amount on the card you have accumulated when using the discount program will be cancelled.
