A peculiarity of the SEC (Shopping and Entertainment) Centre concept implemented within the limits of the program is a multi-functional complex oriented at customers with different income levels. A visitor has an opportunity to make a purchase, and to spend his/her leisure time at the SEC.
The SEC concept foresees the presence of such anchor elements as a Velyka Kyshenya product supermarket or hypermarket, an electronics supermarket, a cinema-multiplex, bowling, and a children’s supermarket.
