General Requirements of Land plots

Compulsory:

• area from 0.6 ha to 5 ha (for building of shopping centres)
• area from 5 ha to 20 ha (for building shopping and entertainment centres)
•  correct shape of the plot (approaching a rectangular shape)
• “red line”
• availability of communications for further connection
• designation – commercial activity

• scheme of the general plan
