Velyka Kyshenya carries out centralized purchasing management which allows the receipt of goods on more favorable terms and flexible management of the stock throughout the chain. At the same time 80% of the range of products are universal for all supermarkets, and about 20% is formed taking into account the tastes of customers of every particular shop.
If a product appears which is potentially interesting for us, it is first analyzed by a line manager. First and foremost, its commercial component and marketing support are evaluated. Then, if the product is evaluated as promising, our product line is analyzed. Correspondingly, if the new product provides higher sales volume than the last item in our product line it will appear on the shelves.
